HeartMath

What It Is

HeartMath is a science-based system that uses breathwork, emotional self-regulation techniques, and biofeedback to improve heart rate variability (HRV) and coherence. It focuses on aligning the heart, mind, and nervous system to create a balanced physiological state.

What To Expect

In a HeartMath session, you’ll start by learning how your heart rhythm reflects your emotional and physiological state. Using simple breathing techniques and biofeedback technology, you’ll practice shifting into a calm, balanced state while seeing real-time feedback on how your heart and nervous system respond.
