Biofield Tuning (BT) is a therapeutic method that focuses on the body's biofield, which is an electromagnetic field that surrounds and interpenetrates the body.

  • It uses tuning forks, specifically designed for this practice, to work with the client's biofield, releasing energetic blockages and promoting relaxation and balance.
  • The practitioner uses the tuning forks to locate and address areas of stagnant or dissonant energy in the client's energy field.
  • Biofield Tuning sessions often involve the practitioner gently sweeping the tuning forks through the client's biofield, creating a resonant feedback loop that can help identify and resolve energetic issues.

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) involves the use singing bowls to create therapeutic vibrations and sounds that can promote relaxation.

  • VST sessions include placing the bowls on the client's body in a structured way, allowing the vibrations and harmonious tones to release tension and increase energetic balance.
  • The vibrations and sounds produced during VST can induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress, and help the client experience a sense of well-being.

In summary, both Biofield Tuning and Vibrational Sound Therapy use sound and vibrations to facilitate energetic balance, but they have different methodologies and tools. The choice between the two may depend on personal preferences and specific therapeutic goals. VST can be more relaxing with the bowls placed on the body, like a sonic massage.  BT can also be relaxing, but use tuning forks that are mainly played in the clients energy field with the intention of releasing energetic blockages.

Absolutely. While Kimberly is licensed to work with those in recovery, she also works with anyone who wants to feel better but needs help to get there.

The evidence base for hypnotherapy, sound therapy, and brainspotting varies, and while there is some research available, the scientific support may not be as extensive as for more mainstream therapeutic approaches.

Here are some scientific articles related to each of these methods:

It's important to note that while there is some research available, the evidence base for these therapies may not be as extensive as for more established therapeutic approaches. Additionally, the effectiveness of these methods can vary depending on individual factors and the specific condition being treated. Consulting with a licensed and qualified practitioner is recommended when considering any of these therapies.
